  • No, To start, you must first fill out a form submission via the contact page. From there, you may be asked to schedule an in person consultation. In order to stay organized and handle a high volume of requests, our artists use the shops email system and personal direct messaging for all booking individually. Provided on your form submission is your return phone number or email address. If the artist is able to take on your project, you will receive a reply via phone or email. If you walk in and ask to schedule a consultation or appointment, we will ask you to first fill out a form submission via the contact page provided on this website. If we scheduled everyone who walked in, they would essentially be cutting in line ahead of everyone who is patiently waiting in our inboxes for a reply. Please submit your booking request form if you are interested in getting a tattoo at Ballroom ink.

  • The consultation process is essential for determining the cost of tattoos. Tattoo prices are shaped by various factors including size, complexity, time, and material costs. Artists thoroughly evaluate each aspect and communicate all factors that influence either the pricing method or a particular price quote of the client’s desired tattoo.

  • At this time we are not currently accepting walk-ins. However in the near future we wish to have walk-ins taking place, coordinating with the downtown events. We will keep everyone posted.

  • When asked about the most common wedding band tattoo, the answer is no. The skin on your fingers takes ink differently than most parts of the body. Due to the active nature of our hands, the frequency with which we wash our hands, the ink will “fall out” of the fleshy underpart of the finger. Quality is of the utmost importance for our artists.

  • No, we only focus on tattoos It’s best to read reviews and connect with another shop in the region.

  • In Wisconsin, the legal age to receive a tattoo is 18 years old. We cannot tattoo minors even with parental consent. Adults of any age must present a government-issued ID (like a driver's license, state ID, military ID, or passport) in order to be tattooed, no exceptions.

  • Cieara will then review the requests that she receives and determine which projects she is interested in taking on. Due to the overwhelming number of requests that Cieara receives, she is unable to respond to every request or take on every project that is presented to her. In order to continue the growth and evolution of her art, she is looking for project inquires that spark immediate interest and inspiration. If she is able to take on your project, you will receive an email reply no later than 7 days of your form submission.

  • Yes. Cieara is more likely to take on a project with fewer restrictions on design and body placement than a project that has very set-in-stone parameters. Bringing her a great general idea will get you noticed more quickly than an inquiry with lots of specifics and things that must be done a certain way. Tattoos on clean skin (i.e. not having to work around a lot of other tattoos) will usually receive scheduling priority. Lastly, Cieara is looking for clients who are dedicated enough to put forth the time and financial investment necessary for them to receive the best possible tattoo.

  • Due to time constraints and the overwhelming number of requests she receives, it is possible that Cieara may be unable to take on your project. However, if she thinks a project may be suitable for another tattoo artist she knows, she may respond to your email with a referral to another artist. Cieara wishes she had time to take every request she receives on. She greatly appreciates all submissions and hopes to connect in the future!

  • In order to schedule a consultation, a form submission is required. The forms are located on my contact page.

  • Form submissions will be reviewed. Whatever I am capable of taking on will be responded to. You can expect a response through email no later than 7 days of your submission.

  • I am more likely to take on projects that are within my ability. I currently am comfortable with line work, solid black, minimal shading and color. My favorite styles of tattooing are black and grey, traditional and neotraditional. Anything in this subject matter takes scheduling priority.

  • Due to time restrictions there is the possibility that I may be unable to take on your project. However, if I believe your project may be better suited for my mentor, I will respond to your email with a referral to her.

  • Yes! Completed drawings will be sent to you through email or text prior to your appointment. In the case that any changes are needed to better meet your vision.
